We would love to hear what you have caught. If you have caught a good quality fish, had a great day, your personal best, lakes record  or a Club Record then fill out the short form below. A printed form can also be downloaded from here:-

If you want to share your great catch then please  just fill out the form and supply a photo if you would like..

 

If you wish to advise of a lake record then you must weigh the fish, get your catch witnessed by an adult and provide photographic evidence.

If you wish to advise of a Club record then you must weigh the fish, get your catch witnessed by at least one adult member and provide photographic evidence. You can weigh the fish on your own scales but they must not be the spring balance type. Forms and photos must be returned to a bailiff or submitted online within 2 weeks.
